Our company is aiming to the market leader for AI Cloud in SEA, the Go to Market team is focused on deliver essential business growth for the company, Identify business opportunities, while establishing various business channels for the hypergrowth. Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of AI Cloud by developing strategic accounts and valuable channel partners ?

Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish AI Cloud as the key AI Compute platform provider? The ideal candidate will possess both a business development and technical background that enables CXO level engagement as well as with software developers and IT infrastructure and software designers and architects. You must also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan business objectives.

Key job responsibilities

• Identify key aspects of potential new opportunities, progress opportunities to launch, influence on customer AI Cloud adoption

• Develop long-term strategic relationships with responsible accounts

• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists

• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the company services, develop the company use case studies

• Develop new partners in the region, and engage with the partners, Solutions Architects to develop business development strategies, extend reach, develop relationships and drive joint success

• Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) AI Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Networking, DC Services), Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc) and Management Tools

• Exceed set business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Summary:

The HR cum Admin Assistant provides support for both human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role involves assisting with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee records, and payroll, along with general office administration duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Support:

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents, coordinating training, and facilitating introductions.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, contracts, leave, performance, etc.).
• Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Benefits Administration: Help with managing employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and other perks.
• Employee Relations: Support HR in addressing employee queries or concerns related to policies or procedures.

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s finances, ensuring accurate financial reporting, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting audits, managing tax filings, and assisting with other financial projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.).
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end closing.
• Reconcile bank and financial accounts.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist in generating management reports and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

3. Tax & Compliance:

• Assist with corporate tax filings, GST, and other tax-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors.

4. Payroll Support:

• Help process payroll and manage employee benefits and deductions.

5. Cash Flow & Payments:

• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and other liabilities.
• Assist with treasury management tasks.

6. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Assist with special projects, financial analysis, and process improvements.
• Support and provide accounting assistance for other tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).

· Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with audit experience and SGX reporting.

Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero).
• Good understanding of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
