As a part of the AIA Corporate Solutions Division, the Analyst/ Specialist will report in to the Manager of Sales & Marketing (LIG) and be involved in the creation of worksite/virtual customer events/digital marketing campaigns for AIA Tied Distribution channel to cross-sell Life Insurance to existing insured members of corporate insurance base. This role will also manage an independent group of health and wellness vendors under AIA Flagship employee engagement program “AIA Workplace Wellbeing” to ensure its viability and relevance to the Employee Benefits market.

In summary, the candidate will be responsible to develop, monitor and implement growth strategies for Life in Group business to achieve exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with multiple parties including Customer & Digital Marketing, Agency Management, Technology, including Group Agency and Group Corporate Solutions offices to drive Life in Group opportunities for the AIA Tied Distribution channel.
• Create new and multiple (onsite and digital) access strategies for AIA Consultants to engage the employees and dependant of AIA Corporate Customers for cross-sell opportunities of Life insurance
• Develop targeted digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with Customer & Digital Marketing to define briefs, communications plan, deliverables, and creative strategy, consider all key strategic inputs to deliver activation and testing plan, so as to achieve higher LIG penetration for AIA Corporate Accounts
• Work with internal parties (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Middle Office etc) to identify corporate accounts with significant number of employees from various distribution channel to develop campaigns/initiatives to gain access to the customer base.
• Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular reports, providing actionable insights and communicate opportunities for LIG adoption, such as weekly monitoring of LIG events created, conversion of business, value of new business generated etc.
• Influence the life product mix sold by agents at onsite/webinars events by working with Marketing to develop sales materials and collaborate with Agency Management to develop sales incentives.
• Work with AIA Premier Academy to develop best practise training program in Life in Group.
• Collaborate with Agency Management at working level with the Cluster Senior Directors of Agencies and BDMs to communicate and promote new LIG initiatives across the AIA Tied Distribution

Qualifications Required

• Tertiary degree in any field;
• Minimum two (2) years working experience in the financial industry running marketing campaigns; exposure to the employee benefits/ workplace wellness sector will be advantageous.
• Expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: Digital Marketing, Brands Marketing, Partners Marketing, Marketing Strategy, CRM, Marketing Research, Analytics Data-driven approach to marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products; candidates would need to possess CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certification to be conversant in this role;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially in Excel and Powerpoint

Asset Management Responsible for the daily operation of the building facilities/M&E equipment management and control of the common property as to provide proper, safe and functional environment for the benefit of all the occupants/ tenants Responsible to recommend/implement the installation/provision of additional building facilities/M&E equipment or improvements to the common area Responsible for the implementation of M&E plant/equipment maintenance program, including obtain and review quotations, recommendations of award, supervision of completed works and processing of payment to vendors Designated as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to promote fire safety program and enforce fire safety regulations. Also act as Liaison Officer for security and safety issues of SSWG Cluster if needed Responsible for maintaining/updating of proper records/inventory of all building assets/equipment Facilities Management Responsible for the daily operation, supervision and maintenance of user department's facilities/equipment/assets including office layout planning, design and supervision of the works done by the service providers/contractors Responsible to handle/co-ordinate all user's requests/complaints on matters relating to maintenance, acquisition, transfer and disposal of office equipment/ furniture including administrative work to prepare capital expenditure budget, award, prepare purchase requisites, issue purchase orders, process payment and charge/ apportion/ bill to user department's operating expenses Responsible for the issuance and termination of security access cards or allocation of access codes to users/ agents Responsible for maintaining/updating of proper records/inventory of all user department's asset/equipment including stock check on company's fixed assets People Management Responsible for attending users/tenants request/feedback/complaints and take appropriate corrective remedial/rectification action Build and maintain good relationship with internal users (Staff & Agency Force) and 3rd party tenants Financial Management Manage building & CAPEX budget including preparation, monitoring and control of the budget Manage service fees including monthly advice on changes in rental, service charges and car park charges for AIA, 3rd party tenants Procurement & Vendor Management Responsible for procurement of all asset and facilities management related services contracts/goods, including preparation, review and negotiating contract documents Manage all service providers' performance and take appropriate actions Building Improvement & Office Fit-Out Works Manage building improvement, renovations and retrofitting works for the common area Manage fitting out works including budgeting, tendering, supervision and co-ordination between users, contractors and building consultants/authorities, and procurement of equipment/ furniture/ facilities within budget and timeframe.
