Objectives of this role
- Develop and expand health and beauty products B2B business to Japanese clients.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain client records, contracts, and all sales activities.
- Provide support marketing and sales team when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Developing and meeting sales leads (Japanese clients) and identifying customer needs.
- Presenting and demonstrating new products to clients.
- Planning and achieving sales targets and goals.
- Doing market research to benchmark sales performance with industry standards.
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies, and handling inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
- Forecasting and coordinating sales and stocks.
- Support marketing team with various activities like workshops, media events, etc.
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in B2B business.
- Proficient in Japanese language
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
