Attend to all in-coming calls, Whatsapp and emails on sales enquiries
Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work
Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Manage and update database in system
To liaise and arrange for orders, ensure smooth delivery of items
Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess 'N'/'O' level / Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle inquiries from English and Chinese speaking customers
Strong problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
Strong organization and time management skills
Perform well and independently in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic and friendly, with outstanding customer service skills
Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet savvy.
