The Human Resource Executive supports execution of performance management programmes, and compensation and benefits plans. Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor law
- Gather feedback from employees to evaluate effectiveness of performance management programmes
- Identify data required for analysis of business and/or human resource issues
- Liaise with organisation's vendors and partners on benefits and claims processing
- Review annual salaries report and income tax declaration forms
- Review benefits claims against entitlements to ensure accurate disbursements
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma/A-levels in any discipline – we welcome all forms of talent!
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment) and Basic Understand of Singapore Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS Software/System
- Passion to work in a people industry
- Confident and clear communicator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
