PROCUMENT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
• Manage all purchasing duties and administrative works;
• Price negotiation with suppliers;
• Source for quotation;
• Maintain and manage proper documentation for all purchase requisitions, quotations and contracts etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• GCE O level/ Nitec and above with working experience in construction industry would be an advantage;
• Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage;
• Computer literate & competent in MS Office.
• Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
• 5-day work week / Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
