Job Responsibilities
Responsibile for smooth flow of Project Materials by Coordinating with individual disciplines / trades in supporting construction department.
Familiarisation with project material specifications / requirements such as approved vendor list and ensure all information is aligned (Training Provided).
Maintain & Ensure the SOP of all coordination between contractors and vendors are executed, and on-time supply of all material requisitions during construction and handing over.
Generate, Review and Monitor on project material status reports.
Monthly Production Progress Meeting (Identify and Improve any potential activity which may impact the schedule / work stoppage / disruption to project schedules).
Skilled in AutoCount / Zoho Inventory or any related Inventory System
Direct Contact of all information related to orders / arrival of materials at Project Site and their availability.
Daily stock-taking of materials / Maintenance of machineries and Record of Material Certificates.
Expedite oustanding material demands.
Promotes Safe Working Practices and demonstrates Safety Commitment.
Any other Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned.
5 working days with additional on Saturday (Alternate) if scheduled to support during high workload period.
Job Requirements
Min. 2 Years Experience in the Construction Industry
Applicant must hold at least GCE 'O' Level or Nitec
