Job Responsibilities
- Collect all relevant information for quotation from the customer.
- Meet customers and get new sales.
- Ensuring that the products supplied meet the client's specifications.
- Conduct alter-sales services.
- Monitor and coordinate all customers’ complaints / corrective action report to QA and other related departments.
- Produce appropriate monthly reports and organize monthly update meetings with General Manager (and management).
- Monitor and promote online platforms.
Job Requirements Education:
- Min. Diploma
- Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
