We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager, Business Processes to lead and drive initiatives that optimize our business operations. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software development teams, to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage the end-to-end execution of business process improvement projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a central point of communication and coordination between hardware, software, and other relevant teams.
Facilitate effective collaboration to identify pain points, challenges, and areas for process optimization.
- Process Improvement:Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Implement streamlined workflows to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.
- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
Monitor and report project risks, status updates, and progress to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication:Regularly communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business process improvements.
Prepare and deliver reports summarizing project outcomes and process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:Proven ability to work with hardware and software teams to align technical and operational requirements.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
