• Develop and roll out implementable standard operating procedures (SOP) for SaaS services and store operations to ensure efficient operation of store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferrably in computer science, information technology, marketing or related fields.
• More than 5 years of product management experience with product management experience in overseas markets preferred.
• Possess work experience in F&B APP or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with global teams.
• Past work experience in overseas brand catering design is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and user needs of catering APP. Ability to formulate effective product strategies.
• Familiar with product development processes and agile development methods with excellent project management capabilities.
• Ability to use data analysis tools with solid data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in the food industry, a mindset for continuous improvement and can adapt quickly in a startup environment to join our team in Singapore. This position will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, banners, brochures and posters.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Design visually compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, emailers and other promotional materials.
• Print Design: Create brochures, flyers, banners, and other print materials as required.
• UI/UX: Create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for mobile, web and digital platforms that align with design principles, branding standards and industry best practices.
• Support Marketing team on all kinds of artwork creation, adaption, localization, resizing, product visuals, photoshoot, videoshoot for branding and promotional use, where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, developers and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are feasible and align with business goals.
• Ensure creatives are error-free and all marketing collaterals are consistent and according to brand guidelines.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma etc or equivalent.
• Experience working with AI design tools is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with multimedia and video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, responsible attitude.

Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive with a strong background in the food industry and a mindset for continuous improvement to join our team in Singapore. This role involves logistics & inventory planning and will be the "go to" person for inbound and outbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers for the day-to-day operations. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave applicate and duty roster.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Ensure the outbound team has the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their tasks and duties.
• Resolve day to day operational issues with the delivery drivers. Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning in the process.
• Oversee the scheduling of regular maintenance on all vehicles.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure inventory accuracy, inventory movement traceability.
• Ensure storage areas are well stocked on time. Perform cycle count to ensure inventory is accurate. Receive, QC check and put away incoming shipments in a timely manner.
• Responsible for Supply and Inbound Operations. Process permit clearance of shipments. Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers with the supply team and freight forwarders, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery. Accountable for receiving shipments accuracy and reporting on any discrepancies.
• Assist in projects to support business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in functions such as warehouse operations and supply chain management. Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position in a relevant function, preferably in the food manufacturing, food services or food retail industry.
• A go-getter and ready to make an impact. Able to demonstrate previous successes in operations scenarios.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn new skills and able to adapt quickly.
• Self-driven with good initiative and learning abilities.
• Possess resourcefulness to seek out creative ideas and methods to achieve targets.
