Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling of work (repair, maintenance and walk-in)
- Oversee the ordering of suppliers, parts and equipment
- Ensure a clean organized work environment in the shop and storage areas
- Provide quality assurance: check over completed vehicle before customer collection/delivery.
- Invoicing
- Candidate should have initiative & responsible in up keeping all incoming documents and ensure all documents are filed and kept properly
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Any other job related duties
- Meticulous worker
- Good attitude
- Able to work independently
- Able to use MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work with others well
- Able to organize documents and handle administrative work
Job Requirements
- Min N Levels
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Keen learner and able to work in fast pace environment
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Experience in Automobile Industry would be an advantage but not necessary
- Able to start immediately would be an advantage or within Short Notice
- On the job training will be provided
