Responsibilities:

• Administer Active Directory, DataCentre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices, desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems back-up, recovery plans, disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out
• Liaise with vendors to ensure SLA are met.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
• Technical support to domestic & regional users.
• Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer and Network/Information Technology
• Experience in networking including Wireless, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPN
• Knowledge in Microsoft Server 2012 onward, Office 365, and Google Suite products
• Familiar with router; Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco & Unifi Wireless AP
• Knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is plus
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is advantageous.
