Responsibilities:
- Attend customer inquiries & take order and ensure are processed accurately.
- Maintain databse and ensure data and information are updated.
- Issuing invoices, verify invoices by tally the data in the system.
- Analyze data for month-end reports and present information to management.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the sales & marketing team.
- Manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
- Manage customer complaints, coordinating with departments on resolution.
- Assist execution of marketing activities including promotions, events, and product launches
- Liaise with agencies/distributors for planning and production plan
- Track and report on marketing activities and their trends
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing/Business with communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office softwares
