2. Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Alternate Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend phone calls, providing retail prices and information to customers.
• Attend technicians & customers' inquiries and drawing of spare parts.
• Raise parts ordering for customers' cars as requested by service advisors/technicians.
• Alert Parts Supervisor to increase stocking level based on movement.
• Ensure correct parts are issued out to technicians for repairing & all parts issued out are discarded.
• Keep records of all ordered and to ensure parts ordered are to be issued out to the requestor.
• Liaise with the service department, paint shop, customers and warehouse for orders/delivery dates.
• Update customers when special ordered parts have been received.
• Update records on returned parts from service department and verify in good condition.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations and parts store.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Good Communication with customer service.

• Understand customer concerns and recommend services and repairs of their cars.
• Advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties also schedule service appointment.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Provide update of vehicle status to customers throughout the service process.
• Review service and repairs together with customer after service completed.
• Attend customer’s enquiries and requests at service reception.
• Issuing job cards accordingly for proper documentation.
• Provide quotations and cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services to customers.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs
• Liaise with workshop quality controller after completion of repairs to confirm the job done

Requirements:

• Possess class 3 license
• Experience in a Dealership setting environment.
• Attention to detail and delivering high level of customer service
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
