Responsiblities:
- Coordinating interviews, arranging preemployment medical examinations and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare induction materials and ensure proper documentation for new employees.
- Source, register employee training courses including payments & maintain training records.
- Maintain and update employee leave records.
- Manage medical bills (approved clinics and input medical claim details into the HR system)
- Schedule and monitor six-monthly medical examinations.
- Manage inventory for stationery and first aid items, ordering replenishments as needed.
- Liaise with vendors for uniforms/safety shoes, including distribution to employees
- Oversee maintenance office equipment; photocopiers to ensure accurate billing of meter readings.
- Manage telco billing for company landlines and corporate mobile lines.
- Record and track incoming and outgoing slow mail.
- Conduct housing inspections and prepare reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications, ensuring timely responses or redirection.
- Prepare monthly reports for office supplies, uniform and safety shoe inventory, medical claims etc.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ttention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
