Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the correct implementation of the PTW system, Isolation Standards, Task Risk Assessment program, Toolbox Talk standards, Process Safety Barrier Management plan, Management of Change processes.
• Perform Verification and Assurance of implementation of Control of Work tools and Process Safety Fundamentals
• Act as Permit To Work (PTW) Coordinator to ensure no conflicting activities, and work is safely executed and Work Permit issuance and validity is monitored in detail;
• Safely prepare and monitor/verify isolations required on all equipment for intrusive maintenance

Requirement:

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Safety Management
• 8 years’ experience in similar role
• Supervisory experience of Permit to Work, Task Risk Assessment, Process Safety Management, Mechanical / Electrical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment
• FPSO experience

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degre or equivalent experience with at least 5 years' experience from a global company
• Possessing strong analytical skills
• Previous logistic/ supply chain industry experience
