- Leads in the identification of new business opportunities, as well as developing existing ones
- Communicates and drives business strategy across the permanent recruitment function
- Understand P&L and provide accurate forecast figures to your Manager
- Win new accounts through leveraging existing relationships within Airswift’s business globally
- Drives company diversification into new markets and places in line with Group strategy
- Assists in contract negotiations and drives commercial rigor in sales wins
- Reviews and analyses activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives
- Ownership of the successful management of a growing regional team, ensuring they achieve budgeted profit goals as well as driving a high challenge – high support team culture that focuses on personal development.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 8 years of recruitment experience with STEM industries
- Very good understanding of all commercial and delivery aspects of a recruitment business
- Experience with retained or engaged solutions is an advantage
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding targets
- Experienced in business development and securing business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Takes a commercial, pragmatic approach to decision making with proper risk management
- Enjoy collaborating with other sales/recruitment team in or outside of region
- Experienced in working within diversified markets (Process, Energy & Infrastructure)
