We are currently working with a leading semiconductor test and measurement equipment manufacturing MNC in expanding their PCB Design team. Targeting to add 4 headcounts to the team by end of 1st quarter 2025.
Reporting to Engineering Manager, the PCB Design Engineer/Senior Engineer will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical layout of PCBs, including component placement, routing, trace length adjustments, and verification.
• Utilize electrical knowledge in high-speed design, RF, and power to meet project specifications.
• Design for manufacturability by collaborating with PCB suppliers and implementing industry best practices to minimize costs and enhance yield.
• Test new internal design tools and provide feedback to the development team.
• Establish design processes aimed at reducing cycle times, minimizing defects, and enhancing product performance.
• Develop design documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 4 – 6years of relevant PCB design experience.
• Particularly in analog and mixed-signal applications, and collaboration with PCB fabrication houses to improve manufacturability.
• Experience with blind, buried, and micro vias is a plus.
• Familiarity with logical net listings, schematic usage, electrical and routing rule creation, and signal/power integrity optimization.
• Experience in RF, backplane, and electrical package design/routing, as well as a background in semiconductor testing or the ATE industry, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro/Valor and/or PAD Power PCB, as well as Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
