Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment

Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders Requirements:

• Candidate must Diploma minimum
• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or a similar position in the Sales Department.
• Knowledge of the industry techniques and lates developments in aircon installation field.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to different locations in Singapore as per daily schedule
• Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Chinese Languages, Microsoft Office
• A team player and ability to work independently
• Ability to offer excellent customer service in both before and after sales
• Must have Singapore Class 3 Driving License

Responsibilities: • Liase with Client, Main-con, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution and completion of projects. • Determine and implement the needs of the client through project cost, timeline and quality management. • Manage contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site • Ensure work performed on site comply with the local authority requirements • Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget • Maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project(s) Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent • Minimum 4-5 yrs project management experience, preferably in handling ACMV projects for industrial or commercial purpose. • Experience in Design and Built project will be an added advantage • Strong Project Management Skills • Good interpersonal skills and pro-active to problem solving
