We’re seeking a dynamic Employer Branding leader to spearhead our employer branding efforts across our global markets and key talents with zeal and finesse.
We believe we are in a nascent stage of building out our employer brand and you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our employer brand strategy and positioning Airwallex as an employer of choice for those who want to do their most impactful work of their careers. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute innovative strategies that elevate our employer brand and attract top talent. The right person for this role will build out a global employer brand strategy informed by data, identify resources to achieve our goals, build relationships internally, and refine our employer value proposition for the talent segments we seek to attract (talent pools across our global hubs).
From crafting compelling employer brand messaging to leveraging creative channels and initiatives, you’ll drive initiatives that showcase our unique culture and operating principles. An effective journey will see the team’s work shift in focus from brand building to brand amplification and advocacy with external publications and platforms.
This role is based in Singapore, Amsterdam, London, Sydney or San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our organisational objectives and operating principles.
- Content Creation: Generate captivating content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, email, videos, and employee testimonials, to showcase our employer brand story.
- Candidate Experience Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey, from initial engagement through to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive experience reflective of our employer brand.
- Employer Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our employer branding efforts. Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead our Employer Brand team, work closely with internal stakeholders, including People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Leadership, to align employer branding initiatives with broader organisational goals and objectives.
- External activation: Manage our Glassdoor, LinkedIn, careers website, as well as other global areas in which external talent would learn about our company, in partnership with awards programs and/or publications.
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
8 – 10 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, marketing, or related fields, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives and engaging content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to think strategically and translate insights into well structured, actionable initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
- Strong data skills, with a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends in employer branding and talent acquisition.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in brand building in a marketing setting or rapidly growing tech company is a plus.
