Growth & Revenue Systems in Strategy & Operations is a new team focused on driving experimentation across marketing, sales, and product to accelerate growth, and innovating on core revenue systems (CRM, Marketing automation) to maximise effectiveness of our teams. We are a mixed group of colleagues spanning commercial, engineering, data, and marketing passionate about driving rapid impact. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.
What you’ll do
You will work with the Director of Growth & Revenue Systems to develop the overall Growth strategy for Airwallex, covering marketing and sales motions, across inbound and outbound demand generation and harvesting activity. You will also lead the delivery of this strategy via your peers in the team, and you will work on special project coming from the CEO, CRO, and VP of Marketing.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of Growth Strategy for Airwallex across Marketing and Sales motions
- Work with peers in Growth team to deliver strategy
- Support stakeholders with fleshing out their part of the growth strategy
- Deliver on special projects for the CEO, CRO, and VP of Marketing, by running analysis and working broadly across the organisation
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years in top-tier management consultancy
- Broad experience in strategy work, especially on commercial / revenue topics
- Top notch quantitative and communication skills for senior executives
- Experience in B2B
- Experience running value-based transformations in growth workstreams
- Experience in fintech
