Lead and supervise the production team to meet daily production output and operational target
Ensure the production team works in a safe environment and comply with all safety procedures
Conduct daily toolbox briefings to create workplace safety awareness, food safety awareness and GMP awareness
Understand production schedules and prioritize production sequence - Packaging materials and Raw materials
Troubleshoot and problem-solve non-conformance production issues, collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve equipment malfunctions and abnormalities
Ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient. Evaluate stations/processes of the production operation to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimum efficiency
Maintain production records and ensure raw material/packaging/finished product are recorded timely
Apply and advocate operating procedures and standards
Analyse and ensure accurate recording of production data into reports and/or SAP system
Responsible for daily production reports (including any off-specification results and investigations)
Ensure all QA samples from production are collected and measured on time
Responsible for the training, recruitment, attendance, and performance management of the production team
