Job Description & Requirements
Order management; Respond to catering enquiries (via telephone / email / online catering portals)
Prepare & disseminate sales invoices, delivery orders, work orders to relevant departments
Manage calendar of catering orders
Manage & maintain document templates
Consistent follow-up;
Consolidate returned invoices, delivery orders
Follow up on payments
Effective communication;
Liaise with clients, team members
Manage appointments with suppliers & external service providers
Coordinate closely with Operations & Accounts
Miscellaneous; Receive, sign for, ensure proper storage of received goods
Other duties as may be assigned
