Job Title: Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual with a background in media and design to join our team. This role is also open to fresh graduates from faculties such as Media, Arts & Design School (MAD), School of Design, School of Film & Media Studies (FMS), School of Design & Media (SDM), and School of Technology for the Arts (STA). Key Responsibilities
1. Software Care
- Improve existing software solutions as tasked.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure version control integrity.
2. Digital Content Management
- Create, update, and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Update graphics, banners, and layouts on the company website.
3. Customer Support
- Assist customer on technical issues; Log and track issues
4. Collaboration with Creative Teams
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive branding and functionality across platforms.
- Offer creative input on campaigns, layouts, and digital strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Digital Media, Design, Animation, or related fields from recognized faculties (e.g., MAD, SDM, FMS, engineer-related faculties).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Basic skill in solving software and digital platform issues.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and website management tools (e.g., Wix.com, WordPress) is a plus.
