Position Overview:We are initiating a key project aimed at promoting innovative healthcare devices within pharmacies and the healthcare settings. The focus is on exceptional customer services and promoting sales of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- KPI Management: Be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the promoters. Manage and support promoters in meeting their individual and team KPIs.
- Lead and Manage Promoters: Assist in guiding and overseeing the promoters for the healthcare device promotion project. Ensure that the team is well-coordinated and focused on project goals.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that the team provides top-notch customer service, thoroughly educating customers about the product and its benefits, and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to the promoters and other stakeholders, focusing on customer service excellence and in-depth product knowledge. Regularly update the training materials and methods to keep the team informed about the latest product features and advancements.
- Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement strategies to enhance product awareness and drive sales within pharmacies and healthcare institutions. Tailor strategies to fit different market segments and customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor promoters performance, identify areas needing improvement, and develop strategies to meet and exceed targets. Implement performance metrics to evaluate team success.
- Relationship Building with Stakeholders: Establish, develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations to better align the product offerings.
- Marketing Development: Collaborate in the creation of engaging and informative marketing material and sales tools to aid the promoters in their customer interactions.
- PO Management and Liaison: Actively liaise with customers to manage purchase orders (POs) and timely deliveries (DO) for the healthcare devices. Ensure that the process is efficient, compliant, and aligns with both company and government procurement policies.
- Compliance and Legal Regulations: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal standards pertaining to product promotion and sales in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or B2B sector.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing promoter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of healthcare products and market trends is highly beneficial.
- Experience in customer service and public relations.
- Analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
