Handle HR related matters
Handle monthly staff payroll and annual E-submission of employment income and tax clearance
Quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
Maintain Fixed Assets Register
Perform monthly inter-company reconciliation
Review all accounting transactions processed by accounts assistant
Prepare and post monthly standard journal entries
Prepare income statement and balance sheet schedules and reconciliation
Prepare and submit annual ECI, Form C and C/S to IRAS
Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents are in compliance with regulations, standards and practices
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Preferably with working experience in Singapore.
Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to details.
