DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To supervise the overall day to day operation of Singapore Branch.
To develop marketing strategies and determine the pricing and credit policy for the company;
To supervise, lead and coordinate the local sales team;
To identify, evaluate and develop potential customer;
To promote and sell the Company’s products;
To collect sale proceeds from customers within the stipulated periods;
To visit all existing and potential customers in a regular basis;
To handle complaints on quality, delivery or any other issues from customers;
To report weekly to head office on sales/customer visits;
Keeping abreast with market trends through market research, interacting with competitors and customers;
To perform duties in compliance with the Company’s Employee Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); and
To execute any reasonable instructions as requested by management.
REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 10 years experience in the constructions, building materials as well as related industries.
Minimum 5 years experience leading a team.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Self motivated, a team player and able to perform in an extremely competitive environment.
Possess Class 3 driving license, and must have own transport.
