- Producation - Mousse cream, batter, knee tart, pie cookies and cakes.
- Layering and decorating of pastries and cakes.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by Ptisserie chef.
- Assist in stock taking of ingredients and products neatly and cleanly.
- Store and / or package ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to standard operation procedures (SOP) of kitchen.
- Maintain high standard of personal hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety of kitchen.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
