Efficiently oversee preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
Provide focused HR advisory assistance to employees, addressing operational concerns with expertise.
Contribute to effective communication, interpretation, and resolution of a wide range of HR challenges.
Create and disseminate official correspondence as needed.
Manage tasks related to work permit applications and matters involving foreign workforce.
Consolidate payroll summary for external payroll vendor.
Take charge of the recruitment and selection process, upholding compliance with staffing prerequisites.
Execute procedures for incoming and outgoing employment, including handling work permit affairs for foreign personnel.
Perform daily administrative functions in HR, including maintaining the staff file database, managing visa applications, arrange flights booking, manage and purchase stationery and executing additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of HR relevant working experience.
Preferred candidate with experience in manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of HR operations, regulations, and best practices.
Knowledge of employment procedures, including work pass matters for foreign employees.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees and cross-functional teams.
Organizational skills to manage daily HR administrative duties and tasks efficiently.
Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with multinational workforce.
Able to start immediately or within short notice period will be an added advance.
