Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural design expertise and related services.

Work independently and collaboratively with a team of Architectural and Interior Designers on large-scale hospitality and luxury residential projects.

Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and proficiency in contract administration.

Develop detailed, innovative designs with a flair for architectural detailing.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

3-5 years of architectural practice experience in hospitality and residential sectors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software aligned with industry standards.

Strong knowledge of construction practices and excellent organizational skills.

A team player with meticulous attention to detail and project management skills and proven track record.

Responsibilities

· Undertaking interior design projects from concept to completion

· Interpreting and translating customer needs into plans

· Select furniture, materials, décor and finishes while keeping within budget

· Produce ‘sample’ and ‘mood products’

· Supervise work progress

· Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

Requirements

· Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

· Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop & InDesign

· Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

· Communication and presentation skills

· Project management skills

· Ability to work in a diverse team

· 1-2 years working experience

· Creative flair and residential experience would be an advantage

Architectural design and documentation

Able to communicate effectively and possess a good positive attitude

Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors to ensure delivery of design intent

Assist to manage project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

Sound knowledge of AutoCAD

Possess a Bachelor degree in architecture or equivalent discipline.

Able to start work in short notice.

Conceptualizes concept and schematic design

Execute feasibility and present design proposals

Plan preparation and submission for authority clearances

Produce architectural working drawings

Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings

Contract and construction management

TOP and CSC procedures and completion
