You will be part of a team to champion workforce transformation and reskilling needs of the integrated facilities management/ environmental services industries. You will need to possess a strong business acumen and comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders to understand their manpower challenges

• Diagnose gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of key accounts/ partners
• Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track projects progress via a data driven approach
• Forge effective partnerships/ relationships with strategic stakeholders including sectoral agency, union and trade associations
• Support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices

Requirements

• Good data analytics skills – able to interpret data to provide relevant insights and recommendations
• Awareness of various government initiatives related to manpower/ HR interventions/ training
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• A good team player, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Relevant work experience in the business development/ account management/ project management role would be advantageous

Purpose:

This position is responsible for analysis and reporting for our ecommerce business, encompassing multiple customer touchpoints across the website, customer care, and digital. This person will play a key role in supporting our ecommerce team, including identifying opportunities for improvement, expanding our analytics capabilities, and delivering actionable insights about the business.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, or a related quantitative field (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
• 2+ years working in an analytics role, with a focus on digital and/or call optimization preferred
• Demonstrated experience in data extraction/shaping (e.g., SQL), statistical analysis (e.g. R, Python), and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
