Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal department, to meet objective and requirements, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project
• Responsible for conceptual and detailed design for standard and customized build automation/equipment such as material handling, process automation,fixturing, and tooling.
• Hands-on prototype assembly, testing, and qualification inclusive of troubleshooting.
• Prepare cost estimation, budget, control report and other technical documentations when required
• Hands-on and assist in the factory manufacturing, installation, buyoff, supporting of projects internally and at customer sites, and other technical activities when required
• Assist in monitoring of projects, prepare reports on project progress and ensure project schedule is being met
• Prepare design, details and assembly drawings by using Solid Work, Auto CAD or equivalent software
• Resolve and escalate cross-functional technical issues for projects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation / Mechatronics / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 2-3years experience in handling and designing automation machine
• Ability to identify problems and resolve them in a timely manner
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and BizSafe

• Leading project planning sessions
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation schedule
• Participating in tender process, Design, submission and review
• Assessing the product and services specification of the company and comparing with customer requirements
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical report
• Communication with client on any variation orders
• Develop new business with existing clients and /or identify areas of improvement
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Factory automation background with experience on design; integrations and knowledge on PLC programming will be advantage

Job Requirement :

• Degrees / Diploma in Engineering
• Min 5 or more years’ experience in Project Management
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Possess own vehicle
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Technical understanding in automation knowledge
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 17025 and bizSafe
