A trading platform company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to expand our presence in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic trading platforms, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the APAC region. Expand the client base by targeting institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and other key market participants.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and tailor solutions to enhance their trading experience.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage full suite of products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the electronic marketplaces and the broader financial markets. Educate clients on the benefits of the company offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the APAC region. Provide feedback to the leadership team to inform product and business strategy.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions. Present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on electronic trading platforms.
