Job Responsibilities:
- To assist engineers in job scheduling and coordinate filed service attendances locally and overseas
- Communicate with Marine- & Offshore customers and manage Engineers attendance on board Ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Ship Yards.
- Maintain engineer’s service attendance schedule
- Updating and compiling of service reports, invoice preparations
- Customer & Crane Data maintenance
- Other field service-related coordination and admin duties
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a marine service environment is of advantage
- Able to multi-task and be a team player
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers worldwide
- Singaporeans only
