Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements with general ledger balances.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are properly recorded and categorized.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Oracle.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies.
