Quarterly reporting of the Balance Sheet schedule
Revenue recognition compilation
Monthly download of reports from SP portal
Coordinate intercompany reconciliation
Perform month end and year end closing procedures
Prepare monthly corporate reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly and forecasted income and cash flow statements
Bank payment process reviews prior to authorization
Responsible for AR and AM modules in Oracle system
Annual budgeting using Hyperion reporting
Quarterly GST reporting
Assist in annual financial statement
The Pre-requisites:
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience
Ability to multi-task at times among competing deadlines
Conversant in MS Office especially Excel
Clear communication skills
Excellent coordination skills
Team player with good attitude
Those who are conversant with Oracle will be an added asset
