Job scope
- Indoor Sales and Marketing of Alco’s diverse range of products
- Attend to customer's inquiry, after-sales services, projects and tenders
- Develop, execute & track ongoing marketing initiatives & administer email marketing campaigns to optimise customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Create dynamic written and graphic content on the range of products Alco represents
- Liaise with the sales and service teams to tailor the dissemination of information based on the application of each customer / end user’s technical requirements.
- Assists in developing digital presence & manage the team’s social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in internal sales support / marketing preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of graphic software like Photoshop would be an advantage
