• Quoting clients and other stakeholders on job costs.
• Discussing project plans with relevant stakeholders and clients.
• Examining and priming surfaces for plastering.
• Selecting the appropriate plastering materials for different sites.
• Protecting non-plastering surfaces with appropriate materials.
• Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
• Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary.
• Reporting any structural issues to the site foreman.
• Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes.
• Consulting with other contractors to ensure project deadlines are met timeously.

Job Summary:

The Installer will be responsible for installation of light fittings and fabric cover with accessories (inclusive installing aluminium bracket).

The Installer to be responsible for the cleanliness and safety for installation site

The Installer needs to be familiar with the electrical code of practice (SS 638 : 2018) and ensure its compliance.

Requirements:

1 year or more experience in Light box and signage installation (experience working in project is an advantage)

Good interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision

Detail oriented and able to work in a tight schedule.

Has driving license in Singapore

Preferably possess own transport (Allowance will be provided)

Able to start work immediately.

Other Information:

5-day work week (Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm), MUST be ready to work for after office hours Installation, Overtime will be paid.

Work Location : Islandwide (Office in Tai Seng)
