Job Summary

Responsible for in-process and final product quality analyses/inspections in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements. Interprets and evaluates the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision compared against established specifications. Identifies ongoing quality issues, prevents potential product issues, and makes suggestions for improvement. Uses various measuring devices, testing equipment, predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to accept or reject products. May work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, present micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions checklists.

Job Description

• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing product contact equipment to meet HSE, quality and productivity standards
• Perform maintenance work in accordance to approved SOPs and job plans generated from the preventative and corrective maintenance management system
• Carry out troubleshooting, repair, CM and PM activities for Compounding (Wet process), Filling and packaging critical equipment (CM) while minimizing Production downtime to support reliable manufacturing operations
• Advantage experience in filling and packaging machine
• Oversee and be responsible for contractors/ vendors on site

Requirements

• Minimum qualification in from Higher NITEC in Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering and above
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Manufacturing Industry
