We are looking for a strategic Senior Manager, Finance / Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and report directly to the CFO. This role requires a proactive leader to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company goals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure timely reporting of management accounts, statutory accounts, and tax returns.
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audits.
- Ensure compliance with group policies, GAAP, and local laws.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Prepare regular financial planning reports, including profit and loss and cash flow forecasts.
Accounting & Administration:
- Oversee the finance department and accounting systems.
- Coordinate audits and ensure proper filing of tax returns.
Treasury Management:
- Oversee cash flow planning and investment management.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, managing workload and performance.
- Participate in strategic decision-making as part of the executive leadership team.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of accounting systems and tax regulations.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SFRS, GAAP and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
