You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. Key Responsibilities
- Build solid relationships with employees and managers to create an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the process of sourcing, hiring and providing end to end recruitment solutions
- Execute the full onboarding and offboarding process to create a thorough candidate experience
- Help build and maintain our culture activities
- Manage the MOM visa applications, renewal and cancellation.
- Enhance HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Manage employee grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Partner with the leadership team and oversee daily operations of the people, studiomanagement and other job-related duties as requiredPrerequisites
- Proven experience in an HR management/business partnership role, supporting a creative and/or professional services business.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritise workload with strong follow-through.
- Ability to adapt to frequently changing schedules and priorities and experience in operating in adynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and demanding, and clear structure/process may not be apparent.
