Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

Responsible for contract negotiation and tender presentations

Maintain relationship with clients, Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Coordinating and close follow up with the project team to makes sure that the projects gets done timely and contractually

Qualifications

Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

Able to work independently

Minimum 4 years of working experience

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• Assist in Preparation of Tender Documentations
• Liase with clients, subcons and consultants on all project matters
• Monitors work site progress and submission of monthly report to main contractors
• Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in the related field

Atleast 4 years of related working experience
