Corporate Finance Analyst (Banking & Treasury)

• Gross Salary: Up to $4500 (Depending on experience)
• Working days & hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm; Hybrid Work upon confirmation
• Location: Tuas Crescent (Transport provided at Tuas Crescent MRT)
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly consolidated cashflow reports for group-level risk assessment.
• Monitor bank service fees and address any quality issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Review and manage banking facilities to ensure competitive rates and meet new requirements.
• Handle trade finance and hire purchase (HP) submissions.
• Manage shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee opening and closing of bank accounts, update signatories, and manage bank tokens.
• Prepare and coordinate board resolutions and meeting minutes for finance-related matters.
• Manage FX hedging and borrowing rates to optimize costs.
• Ensure sufficient banking facilities to support business expansion needs.
• Collate and analyze P&L and balance sheet data to monitor compliance with bank covenants.
• Prepare and submit monthly treasury reports to the GM of Finance.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• Min. bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in treasury, with a focus on cash management and hedging.
• Hands-on experience in foreign exchange (FX) trades.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in quantitative analysis, basic financial modeling, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of investment portfolio strategies, banking operations, and financial instruments
