Main Responsibilities:
- Regularly check that accounts match with records and bank statements
- Manage daily accounting tasks like tracking payments, receivables, and refunds
- Ensure the billing system is updated and oversee billing and collection, including for facility rentals
- Prepare and report on finances, including weekly updates on overdue payments and monthly reports on budget vs. actual spending
- Handle monthly payroll, cash flow statements and end-of-month financial reports
- Contribute to the annual budget and ensure financial statements are accurate and submitted on time
- Manage tax filings, including withholding tax and quarterly GST reports and work with tax consultants
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Accounting/ACCA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Education Industry with PEI environment
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications such as SAP S/4HANA, iSAMS
