Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation, cooking and baking food products as per the defined SOPs in a timely manner.
• Supervise the kitchen assistants' work outputs on a daily basis (i.e. ingredient prep, packaging) and ensure that workstations and cooking equipment are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
• Apply food production standards and SOPs related to Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.

Working Details:

• Saturday-Wednesday
• 8am-530pm
• Up to $3500, depending on experience

Central Kitchen – Kitchen Assistant

• Industry: F&B (Central Kitchen)
• Remuneration: $3200 - $3500 (Depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 6 days work week.
• Location: Serangoon North (10 minutes bus from Hougang MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cold and hot food as per SOP.
• Chop, cut, and slice ingredients (vegetables and proteins).
• Assemble and package food for delivery or catering.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and with equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Follow company and facility policies.
• Support the team while working independently when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in food preparation (South Asian cuisine knowledge is a bonus).
• Minimum Basic Food & Hygiene Certification
• Ability to handle food preparation for large quantities.
• Team player with attention to detail.
