Job Duties:
- Keep a record of stocks and ensure that stocks are in order and updated.
- Source for suppliers, negotiate and purchase goods at competitive pricing.
- Perform data entry, sort and file purchase documents, review purchasing activities including delivery order.
- Assist in stock taking and inventory control.
- Divide tasks among workers to ensure maximum utilisation of resources.
- Obtain sign-off for all administrative forms.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and updates of Library & Store by the Production team.
- Other duties assigned.
Job Specifications:
- O’s Level or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
