Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, and related documentation.
- Generate packing lists for warehouse teams and coordinate with the shipping department.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, changes, and inquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery documents, and shipping schedules.
- Assist in resolving issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or order discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient distribution processes.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Work Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Bukit Batok
