We are seeking a Fractional Chief Information Officer (CIO) who will play a key role in guiding and shaping the IT strategy and architectural vision for the company. The CIO will help build the foundational IT infrastructure and align technology with the overall business objectives. This is a leadership role that requires deep expertise in IT architecture, systems integration, and strategic technology planning.

Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior IT leadership roles, including at least 3-5 years as a CIO or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in designing IT architectures, particularly in ERP and MES implementation, data analytics, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise applications in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) and MES systems.
- · Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, industry-specific standards).
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructures.
- Ability to lead and manage IT teams, guiding them to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in managing change, ensuring technology adoption across organizations.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Ability to see the big picture and design IT solutions that scale with the business.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or precision engineering sector is a plus.
- Certification in IT architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or project management (e.g., PMP) is beneficial.
- Experience with both on-premise and cloud ERP/MES solutions.
