Job Responsibilities :

Folding Section

• To check on the pastry dough and filling before use
• To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
• To perform product weight check for every tray
• To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
• To assist other team member to meet daily production target
• To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
• Ensure the puff was properly store at the right temperature

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Work closely with the General Manager for the daily operations, manpower management, marketing and sales and profitability of all outlets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

-Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

-Responsible for staff rostering to ensure adequate manpower across outlets

-Influencing and decision making on aspects such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment and performance assessment

-Perform outlet inspection at least once a week

-Share relevant and pertinent news/information with the outlet staff on a regular basis

-Conduct regular outlet meeting for feedback on strategies to achieve sales targets

-Ensure that quality of products, service, and outlet ambience consistently meets and/or exceeds company standards.

-Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all monthly documents and reports of outlets to Head Office

- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management

Training and Development

-Ensure that all new employees undergo onboarding and training according to SOP

-Develop, coach and train employees on knowledge and skills with the objective of improving service quality and outlet operation sales.

-Review outlets' learning and career development initiatives to align with organization’s learning agenda

-Conduct performance appraisals for all outlet employees

-Coach, Motivate, Train, Retain and Develop staff’s performance so as to achieve company’s objectives.

Sales and Profit

-Responsible for the Sales and Profit performance of every outlet

-Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement action plan for areas of improvement

-Responsible for outlets’ petty cash expenditure

-Monitor and be responsible for outlets’ maintenance and repair costs

-Ensure proper cash handling controls such as accurate daily cash reports, change funds and petty cash funds.

Marketing

-Monitor and track industry and market trends as well as consumer spending habits; develop and present action plans to achieve and/or exceed sales forecast

-Ensure smooth implementation of new products, promotions and other sales and marketing activities through proper planning, organization and coordination of activities.

-Maintain a record of each outlet’s sales trend before, during and after the launch of any marketing activity

-Serves as a quality controller for all signage, posters and decoration of the outlets to ensure that they are aligned with the company’s branding.

Recruitment

-Recruit employees through an objective selection and interview process

-Ensure that all staff are oriented and trained according to SOP

-Ensure all outlets have sufficient manpower to achieve business needs and a smooth operational flow.

To assist supervisor on day to day operations and meeting daily delivery target.

1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery

2.1 To ensure all the delivery good is well packed before loaded to the truck

2.2 To delivered goods and quantity is according to the DO

2.3 To maintain the vehicle condition and ensure the truck with the right temperature before out for delivery

2.4 To manage the route for delivery to ensure the goods was delivered within the timeframe

2.5 To ensure all the DO was properly signed and complete before send to Finance department

2.6 Perform collection from the outlets (e.g return/reject goods or products)

2.7 Perform ad-hoc delivery (e.g Corporate orders)

2.8 To maintain vehicle log, good records and documents in accordance

2.9 To maintain cleanliness and wellness of the vehicle with regular cleaning and servicing

2.10 To comply with the land and transport regulations

2.11 Adherence to food safety, health and personal hygiene at all time

2.12 Ad hoc duties as delegated by the immediate superior Supervise

Warehouse

2.13 To assist in monthly stock take

2.14 To perform fulfillment base on the DO

2.15 Maintain and organize warehouse goods and cleanliness

2.16 Assist supervisor to receiving goods, including loading and unloading

2.17 To assist any other section or department when necessary

1. MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum primary education or related fields.

· Must possess a valid driving license

· Must possess a valid WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures

1. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering related to food manufacturing or commercial kitchens

· Familiar with Singapore’s road map and LTA regulations

· Experience in Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) is added advantage

2.1 To assist supervisor in pastry dough making

2.2 To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process

2.3 To shape and mold on the pastry dough

2.4 Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)

2.5 Pack and arrange at the tray provided

2.6 Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer

2.7 To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients

Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section

2.1 To assist superior in cooking preparation

2.2 To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients

2.3 To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care

2.4 Scope the filling to the bowl provided

2.5 Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer

2.6 To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order

2.7 Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest

1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

-To ensures compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

-Perform outlet visitation checks regularly

-Shares relevant and pertinent news/information with the store/outlets staff on a regular basis

-Conduct regular store / outlets meeting to disseminate and collect information

-To ensures thorough and smooth implementation/launch of new programs or products through effective training.

-Plan and lead the Outlet’s profitability and the cost controlling measures.

-To ensure sufficient stock is in place for the day to day operation of the store.

Management Responsibilities

-Responsible for the Sales and Profit performance of each store/ outlets under your supervision.

-Manage on outlets’ petty cash expenditure.

-Monitor and responsible for Stores’ maintenance and repair costs.

-To ensure proper cash handling controls such as accurate daily cash reports, change funds and petty cash funds.

-Responsible for continuous training and staff development in terms of job knowledge and skills to improve in both service quality and outlet operations.

-To conduct performance appraisals and monitoring staff performance regularly.

-To work closely with HR department on recruitment and staff on-boarding process.

-Develop and implement effectiveness of On-Job Training for all staff.

-Coach, Motivate, Train, Retain and Develop staff’s performance to achieve company’s objectives.
