The Demand Planner is responsible for accurately forecasting customer demand to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet business goals. The Demand Planner plays a crucial role in aligning supply chain operations with customer needs, ultimately contributing to enhanced service levels and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Business Impact: Responsible for handling full accounts of direct customers from forecast to order fulfillment and deliveries. ·
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data using Excel to ensure accuracy and identify trends and adjust forecast accordingly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with various departments (sales, marketing, supply planners and finance) to align on demand expectations.
• Reporting: Create and present reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate forecasts and performance. Provide monthly reports, updates to management via Global S&OP.
• Process and System Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance forecasting processes and tools. · Projects: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement for supply chain.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in demand planning or forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g. AP, Anaplan, Power BI) and data analysis tools.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in creating professional presentations.
• Experience in developing or improving processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate is reliable and trustworthy in order to best support the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices – via the scanning software and SAP
• Ensure accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded and approved by relevant cost center manager or matched against purchase orders
• Reconcile Vendor Statement of accounts and follow up on missing invoices/erroneous items
• Proactively monitors mailboxes ensuring that supplier and business partner queries are responded to on a timely basis
• Posting of customer payments and other cash receipts (i.e. fund transfers, etc.) and releasing of weekly payment details to vendors
• Responsible for customer invoices and monitoring of receivable balances
• Ensure timely Intercompany billing and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Assist in Year End closing and preparation of audit schedules and requirements

Position Overview

As a HR & Admin Executive, you play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of HR and Admin operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process by working with hiring managers on job descriptions, advertising job ads on various platforms, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.

Compliance: Ensure practices are compliance to local labor and manpower regulations.

Compensation and Benefits: Supporting in the administration of benefits administration.

Employee Onboarding: Handle staff onboarding / offboarding matters including orientation of staff, liaising with IT on creation of access, setting up of workstation, issuance of laptop and office access card.

Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee engagement activities (Team Building, Office Lunches, Year End Party, Birthdays)

Office Management: Updating company organization chart, seating plan and telephone directory. Ordering of pantry of stationery and pantry items, business card and other office supplies.

Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with service providers. Follow up on contract renewals.

Facilities management: Coordinate regular servicing for pest control, fire extinguisher, cleaning services.

Qualifications & Skills

Position Overview:

Vita Coco’s Quality Control Specialist (APAC) will be a key member of the Technical Team. The ideal candidate will support in achieving the company’s quality performance by executing the established goals on quality management:

· Monitoring continuous improvement strategies in all aspects of Vita Coco’s Quality Management by reviewing and tracking the management of quality control data from various sources.

· Support new product launches in a technical capacity.

· Maintain the supplier network quality and food safety operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FDA/SMA) and third-party audits.

· Identify and execute quality control projects, including training and technical support, and perform regular communication with suppliers to report in non-conformances or quality issues.

Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to: Analyzing and performing production testing; Reviewing lab results received from company-owned or independent labs; Monitoring product integrity; Shelf life testing and similar testing as well as providing reports on product quality to the senior management at large; Maintaining and supporting various quality data systems.

This role requires frequent travel to Vietnam and other countries in APAC.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

· Working closely with the team to achieve quality efforts in APAC from supplier to market.

· Manage and liaise with internal and external audits on our supplier network.

· Partner with Operations & Technical team, and suppliers, to assist with any troubleshooting as required.

· Review all aspects of quality data and provide different reporting and project tracking as requested.

· Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, including lab results and product integrity tests.
